Kramer explained plastic surgery was never a priority but her opinion shifted considering new circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>In her post, she shared, \"I have been insanely hesitant on sharing this because, honestly, I\u2019m afraid of the reactions. I guess with as much as I do share you wouldn\u2019t think I would have a problem oversharing, but this goes deep for me. I considered not saying anything but then it just would have felt inauthentic, and well, you might be noticing a difference. So here goes. After many years of consideration, I have decided to get a breast augmentation and lift. I want to be open about WHY. First off, because \u201cI\u201d want to. Or, for that matter, under their shirt. So do what\u2019s right for you, and I\u2019ll celebrate with you, too. I have to say I\u2019m quite nervous but I\u2019m excited and I would love to share my journey with ya\u2019ll &amp; because it\u2019s #internationalwomensday I just ask you to celebrate women instead of tear down. We all need support.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Not only did she publicly speak about her decision but she advocated her support for International Women's Day emphasizing the importance of women supporting women.
