Keshini Parbhu, M.D.<\/strong> specializes in Morpheus8 micro-needling treatments. She is a frequent contributor to academic journals and has presented research at a variety of meetings around the country. She currently has her clinic, Parbhu Oculofacial Plastic Surgery<\/strong><\/a> in\u00a0Windermere, FL. <\/span>Dr. Parbhu started her practice in Orlando in 2010. She serves as volunteer faculty and has an appointment with the University of Central Florida College of Medicine as an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. She is also certified by the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, an elite and prestigious society of approximately 500 members. Dr. Parbhu has been named one of Orlando\u2019s Best Doctors since 2013.<\/p>\n

She has an interest in reconstructive and cosmetic surgical and nonsurgical procedures. Dr. Parbhu believes that many nonsurgical procedures are important to help maintain a rejuvenated appearance and offers a wide array of services to help achieve this. Dr. Keshini Parbhu<\/strong><\/a> believes that each person is unique and likes to have a collaborative approach in developing a treatment plan that is often a journey in achieving natural-appearing results.<\/p>\n

HB: How does Morpheus8 work?<\/h3>\n

Morpheus8 is radiofrequency micro-needling.\u00a0 This is a custom treatment that can be performed on the face or anywhere on the body.\u00a0 The needle depth (ranges from 1 to 4 mm) and energy level can be adjusted depending on the part of the body.<\/p>\n

HB: Who is a good candidate for this procedure?<\/h3>\n

Everyone! This is great for maintenance or if there are skin issues to address.<\/p>\n

HB: How do you work with patients to achieve the desired outcome?<\/h3>\n

We identify the patient\u2019s concerns and also use the Vectra skin analysis system to help guide our treatment.<\/p>\n

HB: Does Morpheus8 require more than one treatment?<\/h3>\n

If there are particular areas of concern such as acne scars, stretch marks or fine lines\/ wrinkles then I typically recommend starting with a series of 3 or 4 spaced out every 4 to 6 weeks and then having maintenance treatments every 6-12 months.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, no.<\/p>\n
