Keshini Parbhu, M.D.<\/strong> specializes in Laser Treatment ResurFx. She is a frequent contributor to academic journals and has presented research at a variety of meetings around the country. She currently has her clinic, Parbhu Oculofacial Plastic Surgery <\/a><\/strong>in Windermere, FL. <\/span>Dr. Parbhu started her practice in Orlando in 2010. She serves as volunteer faculty and has an appointment with the University of Central Florida College of Medicine as an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. She is also certified by the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, an elite and prestigious society of approximately 500 members. Dr. Parbhu has been named one of Orlando\u2019s Best Doctors since 2013.<\/p>\n

She has an interest in reconstructive as well as cosmetic surgical and nonsurgical procedures. Dr. Parbhu believes that many nonsurgical procedures are important to help maintain a rejuvenated appearance and offers a wide array of services to help achieve this. Dr. Parbhu<\/a><\/strong> believes that each person is unique and likes to have a collaborative approach in developing a treatment plan that is often a journey in achieving natural-appearing results.<\/p>\n

HB: Who is a good candidate for these laser procedures?<\/h3>\n

Everyone!\u00a0 This is a good treatment for patients that have sun damage to the face, hyperpigmentation, scars, redness, and fine lines\/ wrinkles and even patients that don\u2019t have any of the above.\u00a0 It is a procedure that can be used to address a number of skin issues but is also great for maintaining great skin.<\/p>\n

HB: How do you work with patients to achieve the desired outcome?<\/h3>\n

We have the Vectra skin analysis system which helps identify and give objective values to certain skin characteristics like brown spots, redness, pores, and fine lines\/wrinkles.\u00a0 We try to also encourage good skincare at home to reinforce the skin\u2019s progress from the IPL\/laser treatments.<\/p>\n
