HB: What are the most common requests among males seeking a cosmetic Rhinoplasty?<\/span><\/h3>\n

With my international practice for closed scarless rhinoplasty, Males generally\u00a0want\u00a0conservative\u00a0refinement of their profiles or bones or nasal tips to balance the nose with the rest of their face. They generally\u00a0aren't\u00a0looking for a \"perfect nose\" as\u00a0much as they just want their nose to fall back and be in balance so <\/span>its<\/span> not as\u00a0noticeable as it may be.\u00a0 They also routinely have breathing problems with a deviated septum and would like to have it addressed at the same time.\u00a0 With male rhinoplasty particularly, I am always very conservative as most male noses need to stay masculine so it retains the authentic, untouched look.\u00a0 I never want a male patient to have any\u00a0obvious tell-tale signs of surgery such as a ski-slope or pinched tip.\u00a0 I also want them to breathe better than ever <\/span>before which<\/span> is why we perform septoplasty with spreader grafts on most of our\u00a0male rhinoplasty patients who do have deviated\u00a0septum. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
