The face\/skin treatment you recommend for healthy, glowing summer skin: <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cIt is definitely possible to get that summer glow without selling your soul or skin to the UV devil. Quarterly micro-needling treatments and\/or superficial chemical peels are a phenomenal way to keep your skin looking refreshed. In my office, we often suggest taking advantage of both procedures by alternating between them. If you desire a little color along with your summer glow, self-tanners are perfectly acceptable. The 3 skin care products everyone should use during the summer months<\/strong>: <\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>\u201cSunscreen:<\/strong> Sun protection is important year round, but especially in the summer. It\u2019s best to wear SPF 30-50 every day to minimize sun damage and prevent early aging. Some great ones are Elta MD and SkinCeuticals Physical Fusion UV Defense.<\/p>\n

Vitamin C \/ Antioxidant Serum:<\/strong> A good vitamin C serum should protect and correct at the same time. SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic and Phloretin CF do just that. Vitamin C helps to protect the skin from pollution, free radicals and environmental damage; and it helps to correct fine lines, wrinkles and hyperpigmentation.<\/p>\n
