Blue light is getting a lot of attention these days, and too many hours of screen time are to blame. This high-energy visible (HEV) light is emitted by the sun as well, but man-made, indoor sources such as computer, phone and tablet screens are raising concern among all sorts of medical professionals because of the large amounts\u00a0of time we spend with this sources in\u00a0very\u00a0<\/em>close proximity to our eyes and faces.
