Daily rituals are an act of self-care.\u00a0In my case, practices like: acupuncture, eating well, exercising, getting enough sleep, and jade rolling! My addiction with the Jade Roller basically lies in how soothing it is to place the cold stone on my face as soon as I wake up.<\/p>\n

The jade roller has been a skin-care staple for empresses and the upper echelons of Chinese society since the 17th century.\u00a0This ancient beauty tool is my skin's best-kept secret. In addition to\u00a0the more spiritual act of dispelling bad energy, jade rolling has many beneficial\u00a0uses as a form of facial massage. Hence the recent popularity of this little tool.<\/p>\n

\nThe jade facial roller is a Chinese beauty tool that has been used for thousands of years and is made out of natural jade stone.<\/p>\n

What it does:<\/strong>

How to use:<\/strong>
\n-Start in the middle of the face and roll outwards across the cheeks.
\n-Move to the t-zone and eyebrows in an upward motion and across the forehead.
