\u201cYou choose whatever is your favorite conditioner or hair mask, whatever, and then you take one avocado\u2014I am not joking,\u201d Lima said. \u201cYou mash the avocado, you mix with whatever conditioner you have, you put it on your hair, and you put on a shower cap for like 15 minutes.\u201d<\/p>\n

Given the natural benefits, it is no wonder Lime relies on avocados to bolster her tresses, which, she said, are otherwise dry.
