This is exactly why there is no greater treat\u00a0one can give themselves\u00a0than a luxurious spa experience. Want to know how to look fresher, younger and happier in a matter of few hours? Here is what I do.<\/p>\n

I did my research, asked my friends, and I finally found my local getaway. You can't deny the beauty of spending the entire afternoon at a\u00a0conveniently located med spa. And don't you have a friend who is always up for an adventure, especially if that involves being pampered while having a great conversation with a glass of champagne?<\/p>\n

From the moment I walked to the beautifully designed space and put the plush robe on\u00a0I\u00a0knew I came to the right place. Luxury treatments included everything from facials\u00a0and\u00a0fillers to a vitamin therapy\u00a0and coolsculpting.<\/p>\n

After delightful consultation with the co-founder of Epi Center MedSpa, Margaret Mitchell, we were ready for a calming spa experience.<\/p>\n
