Haute Beauty member and founder of the prestigious, New York-based LUXURGERY practice, Dr. Sachin M. Shridharani introduced some of the most cutting-edge aesthetic treatments at the Vegas Cosmetic Surgery symposium.
The five-day conference, which wrapped up its 13th edition in early June in The Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas, featured some 450 expert talks that covered both well-established procedures like rhinoplasty and fat transfer as well as novel trends and technologies. Dr. Shridharani gave five presentations on disparate topics.

Dr. Shridharani also served as the keynote speaker for Miramar Labs, informing the hundreds of attendees about the medical company’s miraDry device that he utilizes. Using microwave energy, the non-invasive, FDA-cleared tool destroys the sweat glands to eliminate armpit perspiration and odor.
Aside from expounding on the modern procedures he embraces and develops, Dr. Shridharani prodded the importance of unnecessary antibiotics in plastic surgery as well as the safe injection of dermal fillers.
