Melissa Pulcini-Buttine has been practicing medicine for nearly 20 years. As a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA) and Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) licensed in both New York and Connecticut, Melissa’s vast experience ranges across aesthetics, integrative medicine, primary care and surgery.
Melissa holds numerous certifications in non-invasive aesthetic procedures such as: injectables (including all neurotoxins and fillers), laser treatments, PDO threads, PRP, sclerotherapy, anti-aging modalities and nutrition. She also holds advanced certifications in IV vitamin therapy, offering unique customizations specific to every client’s needs.
Melissa graduated Valedictorian of her PA class (Magna Cum Laude from Touro College), holds a Bachelor’s Of Science in Health Sciences (Graduated Magna Cum Laude From Hofstra University), and a Master’s Degree in Human Clinical Nutrition (Graduated Magna Cum Laude From University Of Bridgeport). She is a member of both the American Nutrition Association and American Med Spa Association.
Currently a Professor of Anatomy and Physiology at Sacred Heart University, Melissa has continued a deeper study and admiration of the human anatomy and its biochemistry, making her an even stronger practitioner. With a passion centered in beauty and wellness, her current focus is in aesthetic medicine, wellness, anti-aging and non-invasive treatments.
ELIVATE was founded to help patients feel and look better while also creating an enlightened space for learning and guiding others to live a more empowered way of life. Melissa believes that when we start healing ourselves from the inside out, we can truly learn to love the skin we’re in and live our best lives.
When she’s not running a business and teaching, Melissa is busy being a mom to her three children and embodying what it means to live an ELIVATED lifestyle.
