- Bio Thomas Siebel is CEO and chairman of C3 Energy, an energy efficiency and smart grid analytics software company. He is also the Chairman of First Virtual Group, a diversified holding company with interests in investment management, commercial real estate, agribusiness, and philanthropy. Prior to founding C3, he was founder and CEO of Siebel Systems, which he sold to Oracle for $5.9 billion in 2005. His Siebel Foundation has since given $250 million to various causes, ranging from education to fighting homeless and methamphetamine addiction.
