- Bio Jerry Speyer is the co-founder, Chairman, and co-CEO of Tishman Speyer, the prominent real estate firm that owns properties such as the Chrysler Building and Rockefeller Center. He has also served as the Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of NY and the Vice Chairman of the New York Presbyterian Hospital and chairman of MoMA. Speyer’s son, Rob, has been Co-CEO of Tishman Speyer since 2008, and also serves as President of the firm. He helped the company open the city’s first office building that is LEED Gold certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.
