- Bio Matthew Moinian is the Senior Vice President of The Moinian Group. He recently partnered with Fortuna Realty Group to develop his latest project, Hotel Hugo. The $60 million property brings an understated glamour to the neighborhood and features a rooftop cocktail lounge, Bar Hugo, which boasts breathtaking views of the city and river. Moinian partnered with Sean Largotta of Crown Group Hospitality on the hotel’s food and beverage program that includes Il Principe, an Italian restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating.
