- Bio Jeremy Stoppelman’s astronomic success as Co-founder and CEO of the popular review website Yelp began in 2004. Known for his hardnosed negotiation skills, the Harvard dropout rejected a $550 million buyout offer from Google in 2009 after Steve Jobs personally advised him against making the deal. When Yelp went public in 2012, he received a congratulatory phone call from none other than President Barak Obama.
