- Bio Gregory Johnson serves as the CEO and President of Franklin Resources, Inc. He succeeded his father, Charles Johnson, who retired as Chairman of the Board in 2013. Johnson joined Franklin in 1986 after working as a senior accountant for Coopers & Lybrand. He is a current board member of Jumpstart, Menlo School and the San Francisco Symphony.
