The film director, producer and music video director best known for Rush Hour, X-Men: The Last Stand and Tower Heist closed a reported $450 million financing deal with Warner Bros. through his RatPac- Dune Entertainment, a newly formed partnership with Australian billionaire James Packer and Dune’s Steven Mnuchin.
