- Bio Arthur Levinson is a rock star of the Biotech world. He served as CEO of Genentech from 1995 to 2009, and is now Chairman of Genentech, Inc. In addition to sitting on Roche’s Board of Directors, he’s also been Chairman of Apple’s board since 2011. In 2013, Levinson was named CEO of Calico, a Google Inc. spin-off focused on health and well-being.
