Since 1973, BINST ARCHITECTS has stood for innovation and excellence in Belgian architecture. With a rich legacy—starting from its founding by Jo Crepain, through a strategic merger in 2005, to its transformation into BINST ARCHITECTS in 2015—the firm continues to evolve. Challenges such as the real estate crisis in the Netherlands were overcome under the motto “Experience meets Innovation,” solidifying its strong market position.

HEADQUARTERS IN ANTWERP

Since 2018, BINST ARCHITECTS has been based in a former warehouse in the ‘t Zuid district of Antwerp, surrounded by cultural developments that mirror the firm’s innovative spirit. It is here that B7 was launched—a platform for knowledge sharing and collaboration within the architecture sector.

ARCHITECTURE & AMBITION

With a team of 65 professionals, BINST ARCHITECTS focuses on urban planning, architecture, and interior design. Its integrated approach—enhanced by partnerships with B brand and B scene—reinforces the firm’s architectural DNA. Through Methodology, Education, and Engagement (M.E.E.), the studio continually refines its working methods.
