Kobi Karp is the Founder and Principal of Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design, Inc. (KKAID), a full-service architectural and interior design firm he established in 1996. A registered architect since 1988, Karp serves as Principal-in-Charge of Design and holds professional architectural licenses in 15 U.S. states as well as Abu Dhabi, UAE.

KKAID provides comprehensive architectural and interior design services across a wide range of project types, from large-scale, high-rise condominium and hospitality developments to refined residential and commercial properties. The firm is internationally recognized for its expertise in warm-weather and resort-driven architecture, with a portfolio spanning the United States, the Caribbean, the Black Sea region, and the Middle East.

Karp began his career working on major hospitality and all-inclusive resort projects throughout the U.S. and Caribbean.
