Daniel Boulud To Host Special Dinner Benefitting Susan G. Komen Foundation

On October 24th, renowned chef and Haute Ambassador Daniel Boulud will be in Miami to celebrate women with a special dinner held at his restaurant Boulud Sud Miami. This dinner will run during the International Women’s Forum and proceeds from the dinner will be donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, particularly timely with this falling during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Boulud intends to use the dinner to celebrate his female friends and colleagues. During the evening, female chefs will offer their unique cuisines for guests to enjoy. The chefs for the evening include pastry chef Saeko Nemoto of Boulud Sud Miami, chef Cristina D’Angelo of Boulud Sud NY, Chef Nicole Thomas of Daniel Boulud’s Dinex Group; Chef Gabriella Valls of Bar Boulud NY; and Sommeliers Amanda Fraga of Genuine Hospitality Group; Kirsta Grauberger of Progress Wine Group; Jen Schmitt of Zuma Miami; and Mariya Kovacheva of Pernod Ricard USA.

For the dinner, Boulud and his chefs will offer a decadent four-course meal, expertly paired with wine to give guests a taste of Coastal Mediterranean cuisine. The meal will include Beet Cured Hamachi, Pumpkin Agnolotti and other tasty creations by the expert culinary team. It will certainly be a night of indulgence, giving back and a celebration of women.
