swimwear
Though we’re gearing up for the end of summer, let it be known that in Southern California, it is always summer—which is why you can most certainly benefit for the seven haute looks OdadeMar’s creative director Adriana Montoya has to dispense. You’ll feel haute, haute, haute in the suits from this designer brand, which opened its first retail location in Los Angeles this summer. Without further ado, it’s time to take the plunge!
#1 GLAMOROUS PLUNGE
This 70’s inspired one piece offers a glamorous look. The halter neck drops to the waistline point offering a deep plunging effect for the neckline, enhancing the waist line with an elegant self-tie sash.
#2 CENTRAL CUTOUTS
Cutouts on the midriff area, combined with a bold color palette creates a style that will work perfectly for the fashion-forward woman.
#3 BACK DETAILS
The back of the swimsuit is just as important as the front. This suit gives a contemporary look while also focusing on the back details, hardware and straps- making the back a focal point.
#4 BANDEAU
The bandeau is always a season must have. Knots, beaded hardware and/or embroidery are also incorporated into our classic bandeau shape. This look is sure to give you a perfect contemporary look.
#5 COLORS
Dark blue should be a key color this season if you are looking to update your swimsuit wardrobe palette. Shades of turquoise continue to be important not only as a solid but also as a complement color for prints. Also, fuchsia is this seasons “new” hot pink- this color is great for younger summer lovers.
#6 BOLD STRIPES
This contemporary swimsuit style takes on a bold print this season, using linear striped panels going in different directions. When these lines contrast with prints, you have a fresh take on the trend.
#7 WHITE COVER UPS
White and light cover ups are a must have for every summer season. Gauze, crochet, and embroidered fabrics are the key to a perfect summer look.
