He was the 11th employee at Google, and led business operations from its inception to where it became a business that generated over $20 billion in revenues and an employee Rolodex of 12,000. Today, he works as a senior director to Google’s CEO and founders, and also joined Vodafone as a non-executive director in March 2013.
