- Bio Dick Costolo joined Twitter as Chief Operations Officer in 2010, and quickly took hold of the company’s reins that same year. Since becoming CEO, Twitter’s global active user base has quadrupled to more than 200 million monthly users, while the company itself has tripled in size. He is also the co-founder of FeedBurner, which was purchased by Google in 2007.
