Helmut Lang To Have First Fashion Show in Five Years

NY Fashion Week will feature the first Helmut Lang runway show in five years. The Helmut Lang brand was once one of the most popular in world, featuring luxury fabrics and minimalist cuts. After being sold to Prada in 2004 – and Lang’s subsequent departure – the label was sold to Theory of Japan in 2006. Link Theory relaunched the brand in 2007, and now it is under the design and direction of Michael and Nicole Colovos. The move has re-energized the brand and brought it back to prominence. Hermès Unable to Meet Growing Demand for Scarves and Handbags
