Inspired by the hit television series of the same name, the popular Caesars Palace restaurant will offer a prix fixe menu for Thanksgiving including pumpkin soup, a turkey twist on Ramsay’s famous Wellington, chestnut stuffing, cranberry sauce and sticky toffee pudding with ice cream.

The four-course Thanksgiving menu includes foie gras, squash soup, turkey with pistachio, poached salmon, grilled kale and dessert.

The pre-fixe Thanksgiving menu includes winter root vegetable salad, butternut squash soup, herb-roasted turkey breast with braised leg, roasted Maine lobster, filet mignon, potato gratin and pumpkin pie with whipped creme fraiche. Gluten-free stuffing and a flourless dessert are available.

Celebrity chefGiada De Laurentiis is preparing a California-inspired feast with an Italian spin at her namesake restaurant inside The Cromwell Las Vegas. The Giada Thanksgiving menu combines all your favorite holiday classics with the celebrity chef’s signature cuisine.

The prix fixe meal includes an antipasti platter, choice of The De Laurentiis Holiday Salad or roasted acorn squash soup and a turkey dinner with sweet and salty mashed potatoes, fennel stuffin’ muffin, green beans and cranberry mostarda, plus dessert.

Cost is $90 per person.


Delmonico Steakhouse

Add some New Orleans flair to your Thanksgiving celebration at Delmonico Steakhouse inside the Venetian Las Vegas. Renowned chef Emeril Lagasse will offer a special four-course meal at this Las Vegas tribute to the historic Delmonico restaurant in the Big Easy.

The Thanksgiving menu at the SLS Las Vegas restaurant includes croquetas de pavo, spiced cranberries with confit mandarins, cornbread stuffing with confit piquillo peppers, shrimp and crab cocktail, Nicholas turkey from Fossil Farms in Pennsylvania, josper-roasted turbot from La Coruna, Spain.
