E.M.P Winter House at St. Regis Aspen

St Regis Aspen

After two successful summer pop-ups in East Hampton, Eleven Madison Park is taking the concept west. They are celebrating the winter season with the launch of EMP Winter House in Aspen. A collaboration between Eleven Madison Park co-owners Chef Daniel Humm and Will Guidara and American Express Cardmembers, the pop-up is located at the Chefs Club at The St. Regis Aspen. Winter House is a more casual version of EMP, taking culinary and design inspiration from the scenic mountainous surroundings.

Cardmembers have the benefit of securing a reservation, while non-Amex holders will have to walk in and wait for a taste of Alpine Fondue or a Roast Lamb Feast. Since opening in 2012, Chefs Club has been home to a roster of visiting chefs. EMP Winter House will be in residence from December 15 to April 6.
