NoMad Restaurant Set To Debut This Month In Las Vegas

In addition to the bright lights, glitzy lifestyle, opulent casinos and A-list nightclubs, Sin City has also recently amassed an enormous lineup of world-renowned culinary offerings at hot spots throughout the city. The latest joining the bunch is Three Michelin-Starred chef Chef Daniel Humm and restaurateur Will Guidara‘s beloved New York transplant NoMad, debuting inside the NoMad Las Vegas.

The dream team is behind “World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2017” winner Eleven Madison Park New York, and they’re now setting their sights on Las Vegas to bring their celebrated American continental cuisine from the NoMad across the country. The highly-anticipated destination is set to open its doors on Wednesday, November 14th, serving as the signature restaurant of the brand-new NoMad Las Vegas Hotel within Park MGM.

Paying homage to its New York counterpart, the striking design of the restaurant is inspired by the iconic Library of NoMad New York, as well as the renowned Royal Portuguese Cabinet of Reading in Rio de Kanier. The gorgeous elements were conceptualized by French Architect Jacques Garcia. The eatery also features soaring 23-foot ceilings, creating a luxurious yet theatrical setting complemented by the elevated American continental cuisine.

Chef Humm has incorporated large-format, communal courses to be served alongside an extensive selection of signature dishes including salads, pastas and entrees, such as the ever-famous NoMad Roast Chicken. And the libations are equally as noteworthy, with Bar Director Leo Robitschek, recipient of the 2014 James Beard Award for Outstanding Bar Program for Make it Nice, calling the shots behind the bar. The creative cocktail program offers an eclectic menu of shareable plates, snacks, sandwiches, pastas and, of course, the perfect cocktails and wine lists to complement the entire meal.
