Cipriani Las Vegas Opens At Wynn Plaza Shops

With locations in some of the biggest cities in the world, including New York, Miami, Hong Kong, Moscow and Dubai, one of the most iconic Italian restaurants, Cipriani, has opened its latest location in none other than Las Vegas in the Wynn Plaza Shops at the Wynn Hotel. Designed by Florentine architect Michele Bonan, the classic Cipriani design elements of the restaurant are prominently featured, with its nautical-inspired finishes, walnut and chrome accents and of course, its terrazzo floors. The walls also tout photographs of supermodels like Claudia Schiffer, Cindy Crawford and Naomi Campbell, shot by Marco Glaviano, while accents of color and lighting are exclusive to the Las Vegas location.

“We are very excited to welcome many of our loyal customers and also new visitors and residents of Las Vegas to our first West Coast location,” said Giuseppe Cipriani, third-generation member of the Cipriani family. “We look forward to sharing our Italian cuisine and warm attentive service, both essential to the Cipriani tradition of ‘to serve is first to love,’ with guests from around the world.”

Like all Cipriani restaurants, guests at the Cipriani Las Vegas may sip on its signature welcome Cipriani Bellini—first created in 1948 by Giuseppe Cipriani Sr. at his first location called Harry’s Bar in Venice—as well as signature dishes, including carpaccio alla Cipriani, baked tagliolini with ham, Chilean sea bass “alla Carlina” served with rice pilaf, homemade potato gnocchi “al Gorgonzola” and mouthwatering desserts such as vanilla meringue, tiramisu and vanilla ice cream à la minute. For its grand opening, VIP guests including Off-White’s Virgil Abloh, Academy Award-winning actor and activist Leonardo DiCaprio and pop music duo sensation The Chainsmokers joined Maggio Cipriani and enjoyed a wide array of Cipriani’s most well-known dishes.
