The property has launched ‘Cheers to the Holiday’ a luxury shopping experience package in collaboration with Bloomingdale’s. It’s perfect for guests looking for a little help getting their shopping done while being pampered, too.

Known as the ‘Jewel of Manhattan,’ The Chatwal Hotel is renowned for its timeless art deco decor and a collection of suites called The Chatwal Crowns, designed by master designer Thierry Despont. The ‘Cheers to the Holiday’ package includes a luxury suite stay as well as complimentary chauffeur service to Bloomingdale’s in The Chatwal’s Mercedes-Benz house car.
Once there, a curated personal shopping consultation at the Bloomingdale’s ‘At Your Service’ suite will be waiting. Consultants can shop the store with you or for you, while you relax in the shopper suite, sipping champagne while waiting for the goods to be brought to you. Have a hard-to-shop-for fiancé? The consultants will select an assortment of gifts to present to you for final approval for your significant other as well. Included in the package is a special gift from Bloomingdale’s as well as a $50 value Bloomingdale’s gift card. After shopping, head back to your suite where the pros from Fernando Valencia will be waiting to pamper you with a ‘Luxury Blow Dry.’

In addition to the Chatwal’s specialty shopping holiday experience, the hotel has also planned additional special festivities to celebrate the season.
‘Harvey Fierstein’s Torch Song’
The Chatwal, home to America’s first ever theatrical society: The Lambs Club, has long been immersed in the theater scene in New York. After past partnerships with The Great Comet of 1812 and, most recently, Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, the hotel unveils its latest collaboration with the production of Harvey Fierstein’s Torch Song as it moves from a smash sold-out run off-Broadway to a limited engagement at the Hayes Theater. This package includes two premium tickets to Harvey Fierstein’s Torch Song with a copy of the script signed by playwright Harvey Fierstein, luxurious double accommodations for a two-night minimum stay, a personalized welcome amenity and one pre-theater dinner for two at The Chatwal’s iconic Lambs Club Restaurant and Bar featuring cuisine by Chef Geoffrey Zakarian.
Holiday Caroling Brunches
A holiday caroling brunch will take place every Saturday in December at The Lambs Club. The brunch will feature festive carols, traditional brunch fare and gourmet hot chocolate.

Gift Wrapping at The Chatwal
The Chatwal will also offer complimentary gift wrapping every weekend in December. Gift wrapping will feature The Chatwal’s signature red color, a heartfelt nod to the hotel’s treasured guests and grand holiday traditions.
Christmas Tree Lighting
An annual event that takes place after Thanksgiving, The Chatwal’s in-house tree lighting is open to hotel guests and features a tree decorated by the property’s design team. Santa Claus with his elves will be on-site to entertain guests while The Lambs Club Restaurant will provide signature cocktails and canapés.
