The New Brew At Felix Roasting Co.

Felix Roasting Co. is a new coffee concept brand which sources vibrant coffee from unique origins. Distinguished hotelier Matt Moinian, renowned designer Ken Fulk, and Al Ansari partnered together to bring curated coffee to the Park Avenue South neighborhood. This exquisite coffee shop is home to artisan coffee drinks such as the Hickory-Smoked S’mores Latte, Late Summer Shrub with Serrano Chiles and Botanicals, and more. The shop also offers alternative milks, which are made from scratch, as well as sweet and savory pastries from the popular bakery, Supermoon Bakehouse.

The decorative space designed by Ken Fulk features terracotta floors, antique mirrors, and a soon-to-open cellar where tastings, demonstrations, and other events will occur. The shop also features one-of-a-kind hand-drawn wallpaper and sugar packets that were designed by artists in Fulk’s studio, which adds a distinct quality to the coffee shop. Fulk created an aesthetically pleasing space which is divided into three areas: the chatty, the sanctuary, and the lounge. Each of these areas, allow coffee connoisseurs to indulge in their drinks while being consumed within a fitting ambiance.
