The Beverly Hills Hotel has had many firsts in its long history, and now it’s adding its first capsule collection to that list. The hotel has teamed with high-end fashion commerce site The SIL to create several ready-to-wear pieces that are stylish, holiday-ready and totally in line with the hotel’s glamorous Old Hollywood aesthetic.

Natalie Bloomingdale, founder of The SIL (which stands for The Stuff I Love), is a longtime fan of The Beverly Hills Hotel; its restaurant and bar, the Polo Lounge; and the storied surrounding neighborhood. Her site regularly offers unique pieces by independent designers and female entrepreneurs, with all fashions 100-percent exclusive to The SIL.

For The SIL x The Beverly Hills Hotel holiday capsule collection, Bloomingdale asked five of The SIL’s designers to contribute statement-making wardrobe items to the collaboration: Tish Cox, Hayden Lasher, Molly Moorkamp, Jane Pendry of Dovima Paris, and Cassandra King Polidori.

Of course, it’s impossible to think of The Beverly Hills Hotel without thinking of its iconic color scheme, which the designers used as inspiration for their pieces. From the alternating pink and green on the hotel’s entryway ceiling to green and white stripes found elsewhere throughout the property, The Beverly Hills Hotel definitely has a signature look.

“The hotel’s iconic design elements serve as inspiration for artists and designers, and this inaugural capsule collection with The SIL is an example of the relevant influence this beloved property continues to have in the fashion world,” says The Beverly Hills Hotel’s general manager, Edward Mady.

The capsule launches November 14, with all the involved designers hosting a very special two-day trunk show in one of The Beverly Hills Hotel’s Presidential Bungalows. The event will afford the designers the opportunity to showcase their styles, share fashion insights and mingle with guests.

“To have this opportunity to bridge my love of The Beverly Hills Hotel and my appreciation for the fashion community is really a dream come true,” Bloomingdale says.

Following its launch, the entire collection will be available for purchase at The SIL x The Beverly Hills Hotel trunk show, as well as on shopthesil.com and in the hotel’s gift shop through December.
