Just in time for the beginning of fall, Eataly has launched Serra D’AUTUNNO by Birreria featuring their take on the Italian countryside. The rooftop has been completely transformed with an ambiance featuring fall leaves on the ceiling, cozy vibes, and tons of apples. The highlight of the rooftop experience comes in the form of edible cocktail Mela Forte made with vodka, walnut liquor, Meletti Amaro, and apple cider. This delicious creation is served in a Fuji apple and garnished with cinnamon sticks and nepitella, an herb that is growing in Eataly’s vertical garden and made in collaboration with Farm.One.

Perched 18 floors above the city, Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge boasts five carnival-themed distinct environments and is the largest indoor/outdoor all-season hotel rooftop in New York City. With a fully retractable roof perfect for any season, the venue has two indoor/outdoor main areas: The east side, overlooking the Empire State Building, has elegant garden-party fixtures, while the west is more overtly carnival-esque, offering a rotating carousel for seating. Tucked into a corner is the hotel’s most photographed feature: Foreplay, a miniature putt-putt course designed by TAO Group, that, instead of windmills, has follies of colossal-size animals in flirty poses. This winter, head up to the top of the Viceroy Central Park to visit their seasonal pop-up: Winter Room at The Roof. This wintery lodge up in the sky is not the only sight you’ll be taking in. That soon-to-be snowy Central Park view brings the Winter Room to a whole other level of seasonal greatness. Think white snowy branches climbing along all corners of the room, large seasonal floral arrangements, lounge areas outfitted with fuzzy blankets and comfy pillows. You’ll see lots of white and sparkly eye-popping moments evocative of a classic New York Winter. The pop-up menu brings some deliciously warm cocktails to the mix as well as a selection winter lodge-like dishes, like hot fondue and Belvedere-spiked hot chocolate.
