“Particularly, with our winery, vineyards, and signature cuvees, there’s so much to show visitors and educate about all we do, so as the head winemaker, I’m especially pleased to open the doors and let people discover our magic for themselves. It is a unique opportunity for me to share our craftsmanship with our visitors and have them understand the winemaking process and all the care that goes into making our wines. Visitors will be immersed in our vineyard, and will get to discover the journey of making sparkling wine from grapes to blending to the fermentation in the bottle and maturation of our wines.”
