Château Pichon Longueville & Haute Living Host Intimate Wine Dinner At Quality Meats Miami

In celebration of the love of great wine and great food, Haute Living joined forces with world-renowned winery Château Pichon Longueville for an intimate wine tasting dinner with wine enthusiasts and collectors alike. Taking place at New York export Quality Meats in Miami Beach, the group was hosted by Château Pichon Longueville, Comtesse de Lalande and Château de Pez CEO and Winemaker, Nicolas Glumineau.

To begin the evening, guests were greeted with flutes of the delicate Champagne Louis Roederer Rosé Vintage 2012, which accompanied the passed hors d’oeuvres beautifully. After being seated for dinner, Maisons Marques & Domaines’ Eve Bordarier addressed the guests, thanking them for their attendance and thanking Haute Living CEO Kamal Hotchandani. As the meal progressed, Glumineau introduced each of the wines, paired with each course, giving their brief histories, flavor notes and complexities. The food and wine pairings were as follows:

  • Second Course (choice): Dry Aged Bone-In Sirloin – 18oz; Everything-Crusted Ora King Salmon with Smoked Cream Cheese and Picked Onion; Tropical Charred Chicken; Accompaniments: Baby Bok Choy; Crispy Fingerlings; Gnocchi and Cheese — Reserve de la Comtesse 2006 & 2011; Château Pichon – Lalande 2012 & 2015
