If you thought the first phase of Palms Casino Resort’s $620 million “From Dust to Gold” property-wide renovations was impressive, you haven’t seen anything yet. The hotel has unveiled six revamped Sky Villas; those iconic suites on the Fantasy Tower’s top floors with cantilever infinity pools and unparalleled views of the Las Vegas Strip.
Costing up to $40,000 or more a night, the Sky Villas are among the most luxurious and spendy hotel accommodations in the world. Completely redesigned by award-winning Bentel & Bentel Architects, each comes with 24-hour butler service, private round-trip ground transportation and in-suite amenities like Crestron one-touch automation controls, a redwood cedar sauna, massage room and fitness room with Peloton indoor bicycle and Woodway treadmill.

The Sky Villas are just one part of the Station Casinos-owned resort’s continued transformation, joining a variety of new restaurants, nightlife venues and art installations as well as a redesigned casino floor. Phase Two will introduce Tao Group’s Vandal and celebrity chefs like Michael Symon, Marc Vetri and Bobby Flay. Visitors can also expect even more redesigned rooms and suites.
Among the six Sky Villas are four one-story suites (from $25,000 per night) and a duo of two-story suites (from $40,000 per night), each with its own distinctively posh and polished look. All are available for booking, though stay dates vary throughout the year.
Now without any further ado, here’s an inside look at three of these haute hotel rooms:
One-Story Sky Villa – 29th Floor

At 5,000 square-feet, this expansive Sky Villa on the Fantasy Tower’s 29th floor features a spacious layout with two sleek living and lounge areas. Perfect for social gatherings, custom Italian leather furniture spices up the suite with seating for up to 14 guests. A 13-seat bar with a Strip view overlooks the cantilever infinity pool.

The glass-enclosed pool itself is surrounded by plush lounge seating offering unparalleled views of the city. For some fashionable fun, there’s a custom lacquer foosball table. Adjacent to the foosball table is a dining area that seats up to eight guests.

Each of the 29th-floor suite’s two bedrooms is fitted with a California-King bed and large closets. Rainbow orange, coral and gray Onice Bella Rosa Onyx marble dresses-up the suite. The oversized bathrooms have walk-in steam showers for two and deep soaking tubs with hydrotherapy bubble massage air jets. The Toto Neorest automatic commodes look out onto the city below.
One-Story Sky Villa – 31st Floor

Also 5,000 square feet, the 31st-floor, one-story Sky Villa features an 11-seat curved bar overlooking the suite’s personal cantilever infinity pool. An adjoining media area includes a custom mirror-polished stainless-steel pool table.

This suite is also a great place to gather and hang out with friends. Between the custom Italian leather and velvet furniture in the media area and living room, there’s seating for up to 20 guests. A highlight of the living room is a chic hammock-like swing that hangs from the ceiling and overlooks the Strip.

Adjacent to the media area is a dining area seating eight. Artwork can be found hanging above the table and throughout the suite, and includes pieces from street artist REVOK. The room also features patterned soft teal, gray and burgundy-veined Breccia Capraia marble.

The two oversized bedrooms in the 31st-floor Sky Villa are fitted with California-King beds and large closets. The expansive bathrooms have walk-in steam showers for two, Toto Neorest automatic commodes and views of the city.
Two-Story Sky Villa – 32nd Floor

With soaring ceilings, the 8,500 square foot, two-story, two-bedroom Sky Villa on the Fantasy Tower’s 32nd floor is expected to be one of the world’s most opulent suites. Diamond-matched Avalanche marble floors mix gold, gray and white veining. The marbe is juxtaposed with polished brass that accents the walls and fittings.

The layout of the two-story villa features a 17-seat bar as well as two lounge and media areas accommodating up to 52 guests; great for entertaining. The intimate dining area seats eight guests while a nearby gaming area has a pool table and a foosball table with crystal accents. Plus don’t forget the infinity pool.

The suite’s large bedrooms are outfitted with California-King beds, spacious closets and bathrooms with walk-in steam showers for two as well as generous deep soaking tubs with hydrotherapy bubble massage air jets. Like the one-story Sky Villas, Toto Neorest automatic commodes offer city views. And if it isn’t already expansive enough, an optional salon suite connector is available as an add-on.
