The 20-story condominium building is being developed directly across from the sparkling blue bay. 120 lucky homeowners will be able to enjoy daily views of the Bay Bridge, Treasure Island, the Ferry Building, and Cupid’s Span.

The one- to three-bedroom floor plans and penthouse residences range in size, from 900 to 3,100 square feet. Architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill designed the building as an urban sanctuary with an indoor-outdoor mentality that is characteristic of California.
