The extremely limited, luxury seafood was delivered to the gorgeous Fontainebleau Hotel today, holding residence in the hotel’s incredible Waterworld, the warren of salt and fresh water tanks located in the property’s basement. The massive water tank is a secret to many, but houses all of the fresh seafood for the hotel’s restaurants including StripSteak by Michael Mina and Scarpetta brought in fresh on a daily basis.

This week’s prestigious batch includes Norwegian Langoustines and Red King Crabs. The high-demand crab can feed about five people. The limited supplies is only expected to last for four-five days, so it’s essential that if you want to purchase these delicacies, you head over there before they inevitably sell out.
