“At the New York debut, guests will be invited to forage their own paths through the grounds of The Battery Gardens as layers of St-Germain’s charming tale are unveiled. They’ll be welcomed into a surrealist oasis filled with grandiose flowers, a decadent boudoir lounge designed by Marla Weinhoff, a parlor with a twist, along with integrated performances, blending actors into elements of the décor. We’re really playing with scale – I love when things that should be familiar are totally out of proportion to what you’d expect. My friend Brittany Asch of BRRCH will be offering her expertise in floral design and decorating the vignettes throughout the space with gorgeous, strange, avant-garde arrangements,” says Kate.

Specially crafted for the solstice, there will be an abundance of 1920s-esque cocktails, offering a modern twist on the champagne-filled parties of the past. Drawing inspiration from the lavish gatherings illustrated in F. Scott Fitzgerald’s literary work, each of the summertime sips celebrate life’s fleeting moments. Whether that be elevating a simple glass of bubbly topped with gold dust (The Gloria), or channeling the lush greenery of Gatsby’s East Egg estate (Brin Vert), the refreshing, yet sophisticated cocktails will help transform Maison St-Germain into a bubbling and timeless affair.

And if last year was any indication of what to anticipate, you can expect nothing less from this year’s celebration.
