Prince’s Turks & Caicos Paradise Is Up For Auction And It Could Be Yours (For A Hefty Price)

If you’ve ever wanted to live like a Prince (or the Prince, really), the chance is now yours.

The Turks & Caicos estate of the “Purple Rain” icon, who passed away suddenly in April of 2016, is up for auction through July 12.

The 10,000± square foot estate was the singer’s home away from home of Minneapolis. He sought refuge at this Caribbean mega-mansion, which resides on over five acres to create a large area of private peninsula on the south shore of the secluded island of Providenciales.

With breathtaking panoramic, tranquil ocean views, this six-bedroom, six-bathroom paradise estate was designed and built for maximum privacy befitting the fame of its previous owner, with two private beaches and a 200 foot personal dock. Additionally, the estate features a tennis court and a guard home at the entrance of the property.

Prince also put his characteristic unique touch on the property by creating a purple driveway welcoming guests to the estate. All sealed bids must be accompanied by proof of funds and a registration deposit of $100,000. The winning bidder will be notified by July 16, just four days after the auction closes. Closing will occur on or prior to August 17.

In our opinion, there’s really no better place to park your “Little Red Corvette.”
