Starting today, April 10, the restaurant has officially launched a Greek and Mediterranean seafood sunset menu. Their grand four-course prix fixe is a culinary journey that features a star-studded list of esteemed high-quality crustaceans.

Estiatorio Milos starts you off with a complimentary amuse-bouche. The “Tyropita” is phyllo stuffed with barrel-aged feta. Afterwards, the menu sails you off to the first course.

Second on the list is the “Whole Dorado Royale Sashimi for Two” made with Fresno chili, lime zest, shallots, and fresh cilantro. The“Octopus” is the sushi quality Mediterranean grilled octopus on santorini fava puree. Their “Calamari” is fresh premium squid lightly fried to perfection.

The first course is followed by the second course, which is Estiatorio Milos’ greek salad with vine ripe tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and barrel-aged feta.

Their main course presents five delectable selections including the “Lavraki” dish featuring a grilled Mediterranean sea bass served with steamed broccoli. The “Big Eye Tuna” is sashimi quality fish served with baby beets and almond skordalia. The “Colorado Fresh Lamb Chops” is accompanied by buttery fried potatoes. And, the “Lobster Pasta” is a linguine dish with servings large enough for two starring a deep-sea Bay of Fundy lobster. Lastly, the “Grilled Vegetables” are a symphony of eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, and baby fennel with Halloumi cheese for the health conscious. For dessert, the chef will present his selection of the day.
