The luxury lifestyle skyrise’s interiors, designed by Boston-based CBT Architects, feature everything from quartz “Calacatta” Caesarstone waterfall kitchen counter tops to professional-grade Wolf appliances. Located at the triangular intersection of Brookline Avenue and Boylston Street (which is also home to Plaza (Arcade), a specially commissioned public art installation at the base of the building by artist Alexandre da Cunha), Pierce Boston also features 10 penthouses with private balconies, oversize walk-in closets, soaking tubs, and incredible views from the floor-to-ceiling windows.

There are high ceilings and seven-inch wide plank European Oak wood floors throughout living areas and bedrooms and a stackable Bosch washer/dryer in the laundry closet.

“Much like the surrounding Emerald Necklace, Pierce Boston’s interiors balance the dynamic, artistic energy of the Fenway with the quietude and beauty of nature,” commented Lois Goodell, principal and director of interior design at CBT Architects. “We are honored to have been chosen to provide residents with an oasis to call home that will continue to both surprise and create a sense of calm each day.”
