Last night the Philadelphia Eagles took home the trophy while Nick Foles won the MVP award. It was a great night for the Eagles, but not so good for the Patriots or Justin Timberlake who elicited mixed reviews from fellow celebs. It seems celebrities, like everyone else, can’t decide whether they enjoyed JT’s Super Bowl LII halftime show or not.
Lady Gaga jumped off the roof.
Katy Perry rode a lion.
Coldplay showed up with Bruno Mars.
Beyonce was Beyonce.

People like Jimmy Fallon used excessive amounts of “s” and exclamation marks to express their excitement over Timberlake’s halftime contributions.

But, people like Anthony Bourdain validated their disappointment regarding Timberlake’s performance and Prince tribute with his 10-year-old daughter.

Timberlake’s Super Bowl LII halftime show had been surrounded by controversy. Mostly in part because Janet Jackson fans have yet to forgive Timberlake for “Nipplegate.”

Jackson and Timberlake performed at the 2004 Super Bowl together. It was then that Timberlake exposed Jackson on stage. He ripped off the right breast patch from her halftime show costume.
