The Whitley, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Replaces Ritz Buckhead

What was once known as The Ritz-Carlton Buckhead, an iconic and luxury hotel in the heart of Atlanta’s toniest part of town has undergone a major renovation and reopened as The Whitley, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Buckhead.

As of December 1, The Whitley Buckhead welcomed guests into the luxury hotel which features 507 guest rooms and a major face lift from the previous face lift from the iconic Buckhead Ritz. With a new restaurant, bar and Legacy Ballroom (14 foot-ceilings, crystal chandeliers, a wall of windows) this hotel emulates the luxury of Buckhead. Located directly across from Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza, The Whitley, named for Buckhead’s namesake John Whitley, just like the former Ritz-Carlton , Buckhead will attract a high-end clientele looking for a fresh luxury hotel in the city.

And for those seeking the truly luxe experience, you must check out one of the 56 suites which range in size from 720 to 1800 square feet. There is also a designated Club Level for those seeking an even more elevated experience with extras like chef-created breakfasts and complimentary nightcaps. From the Buckhead Suite and the Peachtree Suite to the Whitley and The Presidential Suite, you can expect spacious and opulent living quarters with five-star treatment. There is even a floor in the hotel dedicated to the pampering spa which features its own lounge, boutique, and several treatment rooms. Surround the spa are overnight suites with surprise touches and easy access to the spa concierge.
