An Afternoon With Hair Extraordinaire Rossano Ferretti

Yesterday afternoon I had the pleasure of meeting celebrity hairdresser Rossano Ferretti at his New York City Salon in the Fuller Building on Madison Avenue & 57th Street.

As someone who is normally terrified of hair cuts (we’ve all been there), I was hesitant but could not pass up this once in a lifetime opportunity. I mean clientele spotted at his salons include Kate Middleton, Pipa Middelton, Reese Witherspoon, Jennifer Lawrence, Elle & Dakota Fanning, Dakota Johnson, Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, Mick Jagger’s family, Poppy Delevingne, Lady Gaga and the list goes on. I was sold at Jennifer Lawrence so I sucked up my fear, walked over to the salon, and I am so unbelievably happy I did.

Rossano created the famous “Method” haircut, that took 15 years to create, which is known for its natural fall, respect and interpretation of each woman’s individual style aka he’s not cutting hair just to cut it. These products, Vita Rejuvenating Shampoo, Vita Rejuvenating Mask and Favoloso Mousse, will join his damage-free line and will be available this month.
