Guests Get A First Taste Of What’s To Come From Miami’s First Food Hall: La Centrale

Miami’s first Italian food hall, La Centrale, transported guests to Italy for a one-of-a-kind preview tasting to celebrate the grand opening of the restaurant in December at the Brickell City Centre. Attendees gathered in the home of co-managing partner, Jacopo Guistiniani, along with his co-managing partner Matthias Kiehm, and savored a sneak peek of Italian dishes that the three-level dining destination will offer.

Guests celebrated the evening as they sipped on crisp Montenegro Mules and Aperol Spritz’s. The dinner soirée’s menu included fresh Ceviche Siciliano, Risotto Tartufotto, Brasato leafing and an Italian butterscotch budding pudding dressed with dark chocolate and adorned with gold leafing. For dessert, guests were mesmerized by a Sicilian summertime tradition of lemon and almond granita with warm brioche.

The food hall is the first of its kind in Miami and features three levels of 14 different Italian restaurants including eateries, cafés and shops that will give you a full Italian experience. With 40,000 square feet, Le Centrale, caters to all of your desires from your necessary morning fresh cappuccino at the espresso bar, wine tasting at the aperitvo bar as you listen to live tunes, and let’s not forget—the traditional pizza e pasta. If you’re craving Italian, Le Centrale won’t let you limit your options. If this preview was indicative of what’s to come, we’re eagerly awaiting the debut of this haute eatery.
