Fontainebleau Goes Pink To Honor National Breast Cancer Awareness Month

It’s the most pink time of the year. Fontainebleau and the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Miami Health System have created a collaboration to host the ninth annual Bleau Goes Pink Campaign for National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. In efforts to raise awareness and funds in hopes for the disease, the hotel, located on Millionaire’s Row, will offer promotions at two of its signature restaurants: Strip Steak by Michael Dina and Scarpetta by Scott Conant for the whole month of October. To exhibit this year’s Bleau Goes Pink Campaign, the historical Chateau building has been illuminated in pink to honor the warriors who have fought the disease and those who continue fighting today. From miles away, you can gaze pink rays of courage from dusk to 10:00 p.m. every night throughout the whole month of October.

Enjoy delightful oceanfront dinners at StripSteak by Micheal Mina and Scarpetta by Scott Conant. The pre-fixe three-coarse menu will consist of an appetizer, entree, dessert and a complimentary glass of rosé. The three-course meal will be priced at $55 person, excluding tax and gratuitiy. For every dinner ordered $5 will be donated to Sylvester.
