Leading global hospitality powerhouse sbe has made a renowned name for itself by bringing culinary and nightlife concepts to hot destinations throughout the world. Working together with acclaimed names like Philippe Starck, José Andrés and Katsuya Uechi have helped cement the brand’s prestigious reputation. Now, they’re launching a brand-new concept: “Taste of sbe.” And lucky for us, Miami is the first to experience this heavy-hitting lineup of foodie events throughout mid-October and November. Are you intrigued yet? Here’s everything you need to know about the haute series of events:
- Guests will have the opportunity to visit the best destinations in Miami for unique, inventive dishes and cocktails from celebrity chefs like José Andrés and Michael Schwartz
- The events will include demonstrations, winemaker dinners, tasting events and more
- It’s all for a good cause—the proceeds will benefit World Central Kitchen—the non-profit organization founded by philanthropic chef José Andrés, which has currently been assisting hands-on with relief efforts in the Caribbean and creating smart, global solutions to hunger and poverty throughout the world
- The events will be taking place at some of Miami’s hottest destinations: Delano South Beach, SLS South Beach, SLS Brickell and The Shore Club
- It doesn’t end there—guests can indulge in other weekly offerings at other sbe Miami restaurants and lounges like SLS Brickell’s Bar Centro, Townhouse and K Ramen. Burger. Beer, Cleo South Beach and more

- November 11– Open flame paella lunch on the beach at SLS South Beach prepared by the chef de cuisine of The Bazaar by José Andrés
- November 11 – Around the World of sbe Grand Dinner at Delano South Beach featuring Celebrity Chef dishes from Katsuya Uechi, Michael Schwartz, Jose Icardi, Dario Cecchini and more, served in a grand communal setting
- November 12 – Capture the spirit of your favorite comfort and street foods in downtown Miami at SLS Brickell’s Food Truck Block Party
- November 13 & 14 – Two nights, two Spanish stars. Intimate dinners at Bazaar Mar by José Andrés at SLS Brickell, featuring the culinary minds of Andrés and Dani García
