2. MOMOFUKU
What kind of sorcery is this? The good kind. They even have a truffle udon because they’re fancy like that. Located: 3708 South Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89109. Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 11AM to 12AM.
3. MARUGAME MUNZO
Probably the only noodle house in all of Las Vegas offering a mac ‘n cheese version. And you don’t argue with noodles ‘n cheese. You just don’t. Located: 3889 Spring Mountain Rd,Las Vegas, NV 89102. Hours: Sunday – Friday, 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and 5AM-11PM. Friday and Saturday, 11:30 a.m. – 11PM.
4. MIÀN
The only thing scarier than aliens is how scary people look when someone tries to eat off their plate and so I think that’s why the owner named his bomb ass noodle house “Miàn”. Located: 4355 W spring mountain rd 107, Las Vegas, NV 89102. Hours: Monday – Friday, 11AM – 3PM and 5PM – 10PM.
5. YUXIANG
“Don’t give advice or it will come back and bit you in the ass,” they say. Well this is me not giving advice to eat at YuXiang. You will slurp and you will like it. Located: 7729 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89113. Hours: Monday – Friday, 11:30 a.m. – 10PM.
