The Society of MSK Hosts : the Opening Night of TEFAF New York Fall

The buzz around the New York City art scene is growing. The end of October brings back the New York edition of The European Fine Art Fair. This year, The Society of Memorial Sloan Kettering will host the opening night of the fair (TEFAF) on October 27th from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Some of the biggest names in art collecting, philanthropy, fashion, and design will be in attendance to support the charitable work of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and the impressive works brought to the city though the festival. This year, the festival will emphasize fine and decorative art and jewelry pieces ranging from antiquity to the 20th century.

“When we first announced TEFAF would be coming to New York, dealers, collectors, and art enthusiasts wondered how the TEFAF experience would translate in a very different city and venue,” noted Michael Plummer, Managing Director of TEFAF New York. “We have been amazed by the positive feedback and can’t thank The Society of MSK enough for their ongoing support in continuing the momentum from the first two New York fairs.”
